Challenge: Design a series (as a class) of tabloid publications that each feature an interview with a professional designer. Create a four-page digital tabloid and a one-page scrolling microsite that makes the interview readable on a mobile phone.

Timeline: 10 wks

Software: InDesign, Figma, Illustrator, PhotoshopInterview with Lindsay Thomasson (or ArtByLid), a freelance illustrator based out of Australia. The design uses Lid’s signature black and pink color palette, taking inspiration from punk zines and alternative design.
This publication combined the artist’s work, ripped paper, and handwritten fonts.
