Fall 2024
Design a series (as a class) of tabloid publications that each feature an interview with a professional designer. Create a four-page digital tabloid and a one-page scrolling microsite that makes the interview readable on a mobile phone.
THE DESIGN:
I interviewed Lindsay Thomasson or ArtByLid, a freelance illustrator based out of Australia. The design uses Lid’s signature black and pink color palette, taking inspiration from punk zines and alternative design.
I combined the artist’s work, ripped paper, and handwritten fonts.
